Job Description
Teamspr Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in both backend and frontend technologies and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. This role requires working closely with customers to analyze technical needs, define project scopes, and deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze technical requirements and collaborate with customers to define project scope and plans.
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
- Design and implement frontend solutions using ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Create database schemas and manage relational databases like MS SQL Server.
- Ensure code quality through adherence to coding standards, version control, and testing frameworks.
- Implement design patterns and optimize performance through techniques like lazy loading and reusable code.
- Work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in backend development using Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
- Proficient in frontend development with ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Knowledge of tools like Git, Jenkins, Ansible, and Figma.
- Experience with microservices, feature toggling, and continuous development practices.
